hey all sorry it bin awhile since last on my puter died the day after my wedding in jan anywas i went to do my front brakes to find out my upper ball joinets we both bad so i called around and front hub used would called i pick you part to me $45 each captin crunch to me $75 each abbitsford auto wrench had a front diff i think he said the ratio was 432 with to brand new rotors out of an 84 jimmy for $195 tax in as is or $75 a hub i dont know what i have in front of my 90 jimmy dont know much about 4x4 gear ratio is good and wether it is a good idea

Pop off either diff cover and the ratio will be stamped into the ring gear. You can also spin the rear wheel once and count how many times the driveshaft turns. Other guys on this site will have good advice too.

your truck should have come stock with a 700r4 trans and 373 10bolt front and rear . i have a fully rebuilt 10bolt with 4:10's at my shop and you could have it new ball joints and all for 200bucks[cheers]

thanx but that one has bin put on the side for a little bit longer my other truck's power steering pump finnly went yesturday on the way home

thanx i endup having to go a buy one last week end it comply died on the side of the road
