K... all I need is rims.. i found some with 3.5" or 4" backspacing... i think i may be looking at this the wrong way... but to have my tires stick out farther so they dont hit shit... do I want more... or less backspacing

less, (im pretty sure) i have 14" wide boggers on my junk and my rims have 4" backspacing and they dont hit at all. the 4" is measured from where the rim mounts to the rotor to the outside of the outside of the inside of the rim (youll figure it out), hence less = the more the tire is pushed out. harder on axles or birfs but still better than having spacers. (i could be worng on this but thats just what i have known backspacing to be)

hmm cuz some dude in winbuck has some up for sale for 100" for the set, with 3.5" BS one one paire and 4" BS on the other, not sure if that is good or bad? i just measured my other rims and they have 6" bs and they are way in there, i think thwe 3.5 will work, might have to bring one home and test it

sorry forgot to mention... the rims i currently have on there are 6" backspacing, and they run after about a turn and a half - 2 turns of the wheel... so im asuming that the 3.5" BS would work with 31'' mtrs with little to no rub?

The standard white spoke 15x8 rims are 3.5-4" backspace, your tire might
rub on the spring when strg is cranked and your flexed.
The only way to avoid this is wheel spacers or 2" backspace rims (special order)which also give your sami a wider stance and a little more stability.

GIT ER DONE![cheers]
