only on a non factory wheel thou .....u need and after market backspaceing to not rub the fuck out of it ... and u will rubb after the 33s and aftermarket wheels are on occationaly...

I friend at work put 31's on his stock TJ with no problems.

yeah BL are cheap, and well i built my own for a yj though. i bult mine for not even 50$

He's an older guy (60-ish) who doesn't do a lot of wheeling. Just needs it to get thru deep snow and up FSR's to get to the mountains to go climbing. He's happy with the TJ just how it is now.

32s are about the biggest you can go with some minor rubbing under flex

if he's not running any sway bars...31's will rub the hell outta the flares(see: pull them right off the fender if you're not paying attention) and a bit of the lower metal lip. especially if they're tsl's. and really especially if you run them on stock rims. 10.5's will also rub a bit on the shock tower...even on steelies.
