Hey, im lookin at buying a 88 samurai, but its missing the rear drive shaft... and was wondering would the shaft from a tracker fit? also, does anyone have one?

you need one from a samurai
there are different size flanges also, being an '88 it could be either size.

trackick's have a slip yoke at the transfer case end so they won't work
the diff end tho has a yoke that can be used on pre 88.5 samurai driveshafts that are bigger and stronger. you just need to redrill new or bigger holes into the flange. post 88.5 sammis share the same yokes and flanges as the diff end of a trackick DS.

I had a hard time finding parts for mine, but I picked up a Toyota front drive shaft, so far it's the same length. I haven't bolted it in yet, but if you turn it on the rear flange and drill new holes it will work and a lot stronger.
