are you planning to install it into the rear? If so I'd recommend saving your money on installing a rear sidekick axle or a hybrid. from my experiences running a 5.13 kick front in the rear has been nothing but trouble, especially locked. another issue with running a front in the rear is that the pinion gear doesn't get sufficient oiling since it's running the opposite way. this may be why your R n P is so outta whack.

all in all I 'd say the sidekick rear end would be the cheaper and more reliable way to go, just weld some perches onto the housing and that's it. no RnP's to swap into a new carrier, stronger gears, wider stance.

just my .02 cents

I have a front D30 w/ 4:10s from a jeep. I bet it you could find a rear too. That would be cool to see the wide axle under a sami. Has anyone done this?? Anyone know what the difference in size actually is? I bet the jeep parts would be quite cheap being there a tons of them around and everyone upgrades to the D44 and ford 8.8" and 9" on jeeps.
