how much lift do you need to clear the 38's

None if you hack the fenders enough. There's a guy on pirate running 40s with no lift[36][36][36]

Hey there,
I'm in the market for 16's for my 38x16x11 pizza cutters:) I have always had 15" rims running 35" MTR's and was hoping you could point me in a direction. Should i stop wasting my time looking for stock rims because i've been finding they have a huge backspace. I am after an offset or else i'll never be able to turn....I'd like these tires to sit like my MTR's which sat 1.5 inches out of the wells......I was curious where you picked up your rims from and what the offset is? I really appreciate your time I'm running them under an sas'd turbo diesel hacked up runner.
