I was gonna order an aussie locker for my V6 toy rear, but i cant find it listed??? do they use the 4cyl and shims??? or w/e?? i heard that its not good???

It's under 1969 - 1995, rear is the Toyota 8"

they dont make one for v6 yota diffs i mistakenly ordered one went to get it in and realized its for a 4cyl...talked to them and they said in the near future there going to be makeing them..

they've been saying 'near future' ever since they came out like 2-3 years ago. I haven't follwed it much since, so i assumed they already made it, but I guess not... Probably not enough market for the V6 locker for them to do it right away since most guys go with a V6 diff for the extra strength and probably wouldn't use a lunch box locker, they'd go with a full detroit

you can get a lock rite for the V6 3rd its basically identical to the aussie

ended up just getting a lockrite there fairly close to the aussie ended up being about 50$ more has half the parts???but worked..how many times have you heard the full carrier blowing up??id do the lockrite..or just weld it for the rear..
