I have the bushwackers for my '97 4Runner. The cheapest I could find them was at tires plus for about $600. The pickup truck sets are a lot cheaper though. My rears are 4 pieces per side, and my fronts are 2 pieces per side. Pickups are usually 1 piece per wheel.
There are some online places in the States which carry them much, much cheaper then on our side of the border. Could get them shipped to ship happens in Sumas and save a bunch.
I remember seeing some threads about online stores and bushwackers on Yotatech.com. Do a search if you care for it.

if you go to any Kenworth dealer, ask for some fender flares from a self loader, it sits 4.5 inches off the body. you need about 4 feet per wheel. i bought enough for 5, and it cost about 120, plus a few bucks for urethane to seal it to the body, and a few bolts and some washers and flat bar to bolt it down
