ouch. I paid less than that for complete R&R axles with 4.38s.

I guess thats not too bad though -- a third with any stock gears should only go for $50-100max unless its a v6 3rd... they'll go for 200 often with 4.10s

Throughout the years Toys came stock with 3.90, 4.10(most common), 4.30, 4.375 (4.38), 4.56 & 4.88 The 4.88 3rd is an oddball size though and won't accept aftermarket gears.

for $375 I'm betting its not a full detroit. Its just an ez-locker for that price which is no better than any other lunch box locker (ie Aussie, loc-right, etc)

fuck me, i just went back over the list of everything and its a lock right, not a detroit. had a mix up of all the shit ordered so he must have got the lock right instead. well atleast it seems to be runnin good. how much better is a detroit from a lock right

Basicly a Detroit and a lock-rite is apples and oranges, costs about twice as much and will never let u down!!

haha yeah apples are pretty good, so the detroit costs double, but whats better about it? the lock-rite seems to be doin pretty damn good, guess its a good thing i checked the work order again cause i thought we were doin a detroit in the rear. so 375 is a good price for a lock-rite then??

$375 is probably abotu average for a lock-right.

if you were running bigger tires and more hardcore crawling a full detroit would be better. But for what you're doing with 33s it'll be just fine.
