I know Its tiny but would a 2000lb winch be any use on my samurai? Askin cause I can get one new for 20 bucks.

a 2000lb winch is better than nothing. It might be able to help get up that hill that you can almost do without a winch, but Just don't count on it to get you unstuck. If you got enough cable you can snatch it up to 4000lbs which would be a bit better

Anything is better than nothing.
Sometimes when you're stuck, all you need is that little 'extra'.....

Hey grab it and throw it on a portable mount. then you can use it on the back to pull trees and stuff like that. I still would look for a more powerful winch for your front.

ya... some guys use it to pre load suspension.. tug trees... or mounted on the back to secure yourself while winching someone out... but it hardly will help get you going... the 2000 lbs'er i got on my quad doesn't really want to pull the 650lbs bike outta a lil mud hole... it's only a 2wd, i didn't go that far in the soup.
