I just picked up a front D60 for my 87 Chev shortbox. I am about to start the build up on it and have ordered a Detroit for it. I am looking in to high cross over steering and hydro assist. My main question is what hydraulic cylender to get. I have read to keep the ram diameter 1.5" or smaller to avoid slugish steering centering. Is this accurate? My main question is what length has been used. Any advise from people who have done this would be appreciated or pictures, even beter.
