Garage is coming pretty good, I can lock it up now anyway, insulation and some wiring and I can get to work.[36] Really looking forward to getting the 1 ton fixed up some, it's in pretty good shape dunno about keeping the duallies, unless I can get some taller tires that won't rub. [15]

Yeah I know, gimme a break I just got it. [15] They were real good casing and he just had them done, I seen the bill, 1000 bucks...the last set lasted the previous owner 4 years with no problems, there's good retreads then there's crap retreads.[redneck]

right on joe now the truck looks a lot meaner i like i bet it was a hell of a time getting the box off so did some one buy the bed or are you keeping it fpr something

this is chevy country on a quite night you can hear a ford rust

bakelite

The bed was pretty rusty and crappy, it's been on three trucks and had a hard life, I did get a vise, 6 lights and a trailer hitch off it:D.....I chained it to a Ford at the dump and drove away....like 6 times, dragged the ford about 50 feet, never spun a wheel. Oddly enough no damage to my truck. [15] Sure hauls ass without that heavy deck on it, had the duallies chirpin'[36][36]

thanks Taxidermy...[36]

yeah i bet it does the bed prolly weighed a ton you would for surely notice the difference with the 454 pumpin the duallys burnin the retreads right on man

yeah man the deck was like all 1/4 inch checkerplate and shit, all reinforced, way heavy. Truck rode pretty smooth with it on now it rides like a tank, might have to go for the "soft ride" springs depending what I use it for, might just use it to haul my shit then I can come down and not worry about breaking stuff and still have a ride home. [7][36]

got a rebuilt rochester today, dude told me they are better, smaller primaries and huge secondaries...dunno gonna try it out, 50 bucks no pay til it works, good deal I hope.[36]

C-Dog

ya man u can really make those rochesters work good allot of people use em as for a soft ride spring that is what i have in my truck now i had a 4" hard ride in it before and man it was a hard ride you do notice the difference thats for sure but ya good idea that can just be the tow rig for the other toys just guess all u need now is a trailer and u r set

Yeah gotta get to work on a trailer or buy one, I see them pretty cheap down at the coast sometimes. Might be able to haul a zook right on the GMC and all my other crap, that would be handy, gotta see how big the deck I build gets to be, probably too small tho. Carrier wants 1200 for soft ride springs, 6" lift...[15]

It was still there yesterday (thursday).
I was going to stop and get phone number off it but I was hoping you already had . LOL
Its between Antle towing and Clancys.
The house is up on the hill with a long driveway but the decks down near the highway with a 4 sale sign.
Looks like alumiuniun checkerplate on it.
Its about 12 ft long by the looks of it.
Im going through again next tuesday maybe Ill try and stop and look at it.
