my motor has never broke 200*, im wondering when SHOULD I shut it down to let it cool off?(if the temp ever gets that high).
i am thinking 230 is getting pretty warm for the motor to be running at, but when im crusing, the temp is at about 150 or less, it runs a lot cooler than i expected.

what point would you shut it down and let it cool off?

230 or 240 is usually where it will start to boil over 150 is too cold guys you will wear the motor out quicker with it cold than hot 165 min.

money costs too much!!!

when a fuel injected vehicle isn't at 190 deg it wont run efficiently. reese gets his up to 220 all the time (stupid stave mud) and he hasn't killed his yet.

my 351W in my old race car ran at 210 on the highway during the day! but anything over 185 you will lose 1 horse power per degree over that. but when you hit 250 shut it down.

ok, well im going to hack the rad support a little, and add a pusher fan on the front(just to be safe) and turn that on when it gets over 190
