View Full Version : Cherokee front bumper mount points??

I want to put a heavier bumper, do some trimming and shit on my 90 Cherokee....unibody...anyone got any ideas, the stock bumper mounts don't look too strong, I want a tow point right in the middle, maybe be alright, what do you think??....thanks, Joe.

ive got an arb bumper for an xj, it mounted to the stock bumper mounts, there was a winch on it so i think thats a strong eanough mounting point

okay, thanks a lot, it looks pretty thin there is why I asked, I'm gonna go for it, use better bolts and maybe one more on each side. Not using the stock mounts, using where they mounted to. Anyway, thanks, nice to have someone experienced with it let me know.[h]
