question is the rear engine to bellhousing bolt pattern the same on the 2.0L as the 2.3 L?
picked up a gpw with a 70 pinto bellhousing hanging on to it buy the clutch cable.
might have a spare steering shaft & box(willys not gpw)
did you use a front engine mounting plate?

Engine bolt patterns are the same 2.0 & 2.3.
The only reason for the ,I believe '70 - '72, bell housing was the dia. of the center hole (need the correct dia. for the adaptor plate). My adaptor was made by Advanced Adaptors, but they no longer make this plate. It also came with an extension pilot bushing to compensate for the plate thickness. It was made from alum. & didn't last long so I got one made from brass. I just made front mounts from the stock Pinto bolt holes to the stock GPW frame mounts & pads. Haven't had a problem in 20 years.

How much for the steering box? Where are you at?

Thanks Kevin

Speakers are 120 watt, 6", 3 ways.
Box will hold a Casset deck straight down, or a CD player from the rear comp. both Fr & back have locks. I don'tknow the measurments, won't be back up to it untill the long weekend. I custom built it to fir the floor of my jeep, but it should fit a CJ.
Offers??

Yeh, want to restore it. It was my grandfathers & was stock before i got ahold of it when I was 18. I already have a CC, F350 & a 4runner, so don't wheel this one anymore.
