Can I use my Ifs tie rod and draglink on my D44? the distance is okay but the ball joints are 2mm smaller than the 77's. Can I space them some how? this would give me some what better hight steer.

when you hit a bump or flex the wheels will turn the wrong ways, bolth fighting each other, i guess it may work, ford used that on the 77f150 steering, but it was a shitty design

get someone to build you a chromo tie rod, you could jack your truck up on it, it will bend a bit, but when you let the truck back down, it will bend back. thats what im doing when i bend mine
