im in the middle of doing a sloid axle swap on my truck, the axle i got (d44hp out of a 79 f250) the spring perches are to far in, do i have to weld new ones on and do i ahve to cut the ttb crossmemeber because t looks like the puimpkin will hit it if i lower the truck down off the stands and the ttb axle shafts wont fit will they?

You will have to trim the TTB cross member to provide clearance for the pumpkin, especially if you are not installing at least 4" suspension lift.
I put in 4" lift BDS coils when my SAS was done and still had to trim the cross member.

No the TTB axle shafts will not fit.
