you likelt wont be able to find this problem with a test light or anything, just need a new module. i used to have a spare, but dont anymore as i dont have that style module on my motor, my one is on the firewall

you'll only get power to the pump for a second or so when the ignition turns on.

shitty ground from pump.

check the pump, cycle the key, it should turn on for 3-5 seconds to pressureize the fuel system then turn off until the vehicle has started

another thing it could be is the computer, go to lordco and buy a new one, plug it in, if it works there is the problem, if not, return it(i didnt realise the fuel system wasnt working, i thought just no spark, which could be the dist. module)

I have an extra module if you need Also just because I had the same problem check the neg terminal on the battery there should be 3 wires to it one is the big regular battery cable and two smaller ones that go into a round plug if they are not grounded no signal will go to the injectors or pumps. Hope this helps [cheers]

couldnt hurt trying a new computer, ive had fuel pump issues due to a bad computer, if it has an external pump, is it wired in with the stock fuel pump wiring? if it is id check the computer or those wires dickrick suggested

its a toy with a 302 mustang motor in it, i dont remember if its mass air or speed density, but id guess its mass air(could be 89-93 5.0l mustang motor if mass air) just remember to match the computer's and make sure they are the same ones. lordco is cheeper than ford for computers
