Just wanted to say a HUGE [36] THANK YOU to Winch and ToyotaHEAD for all your hard work and instruction yesterday (and today) with my new clutch.

The weather turned super shitty with wind gusts that nearly blew all of us away and rain that seemed torrential.. and like that bunny, they just kept going and going.

When it was too late to work on the truck (no directional light) a drama (missing co-dependent kitten who's never been outside) unfolded and they continued on 'til dark roaming the streets in the pouring rain with me looking for him (and he reappeared at around 10 pm). You guys are amazing.

Put the finishing touches (last few toightly placed bolts) on this afternoon after work, and she is running better than ever. Newly dropped swaybars front and back, too.. should be awesome on upcoming runs. Looking forward to testing it out.

Not many pics from yesterday because our hands were pretty dirty, but here's a few...

Thanks again, guys. Dunno what I would have done without you. [36] [36][36][cheers]

So, how many of the 4 sway bar (to frame) bolts did ya break!:D Or did it matter, sounds like you were planning on leaving it out?

No breakage! Gave each of them a decent squirt with some lube and they came away like a dream. and yeah, not gonna bother putting either of them back on anytime soon. Have so far enjoyed the 'rolling wave' sensation while cornering.. ;) Jared was saying that the no sway bar thing allows better flex so I'm really looking forward to trying it out. He also said I'm "no longer allowed to drive my truck like a f***in Camero". :D I'll do my best. I learned so much about my truck, too - I had two awesome teachers who were all about me getting in there and wrenchin' some bolts. [h] Was a great couple of days and although I'm not really in any hurry for something else to wear down or break, I am looking forward to attempting the suspension lift and rear locker in the near future. Nice to have all of these Toyota fans around! [36]
