Good luck finding any NOS (new old stock) from any Ford dealer....and if you do, you'll pay waaaaaaaay more than that.

The only other choice that I'd see happening for you is to buy a complete 67 -72 truck for parts. You'd probably end up paying that much and more...and still have old parts.
