Done some fender trimming.
Got the drivers side done.
My fiberglass work is lacking but it filled the holes [xx(] and I have no worries about tires touching it, I sitll got about 4-5" from teh fiberglass to the tire compressed.
Heres pics of what it looked like before ( after I took the old flare off) and after with the new flare

Should look good once the angle iron is painted black too, but I think I might get rear YJ flares for the rear, black to match, any suggestions?
Hopefully do teh passenger side tomorrow.

Looks good matt.

I know those are just your street tires, but do your other ones even stick out far enough that you need flares?

Ern, no my swampers don't stick out far enough that I needed a wider flare, I just wanted to get rid of the rust, change it alittle I guess
I still like it better than the big rust holes I had

How are the angle iron rockers mounted? I was thinking of doing the same thing but with pipe cut in half...half for each side. If it ever stops snowing sideways here.[27]

I'm tired.

I USED 2 SETS OF REAR YJ FLARES ON ALL FOUR CORNERS.YOU DON'T HAVE THAT SIDE MARKER PROBLEM ON THE FRONT AND THE REAR OF THE FLARE DOESN'T KICK BACK.YOU JUST TRIM OFF THE FRONT OF THE FLARE WHERE THE FENDER ENDS. YOU HAVE TO TRIM THE INNER LIP OFF THE FLARE AND THE ONES ON THE FRONT ARE OFF THE OPPOSITE SIDE REAR ON THE YJ.
