the same taper as every other tierod and draglink you should not need to ream anything for a tierod
what part numbers are you using fr your tierod ends?
the real one ton stuff uses a 1"x18tpi

if ou are making a draglink use the high angle draglink ends es2026 and es2027 thqat are found on every chev truck from at least 73-87

I am trying to feel sorry for you but I just can't seem to do it.

no one uses the 1 ton stuff
everyone uses the 7/8" 18tpi parts

check that link out
use .219wall1.25"DOM tubing
the ID is about right for threading to 7/8" 18tpi

you can get the taps for around $200
or for the $200 cost of the taps I will make you the rods
I have 20' of the DOM here ready to go
tell me what ends you want to use and I will cut and tap the tubing :)

I am trying to feel sorry for you but I just can't seem to do it.
