got a fuel injected f250 that i had the old aod tranny swaped out and got a c6 put in its place, i was wondering if a vaccun line that is broken which runs in to the tranny would prevent the tranny from shifting properly.just got the motor running and took the truck for a rip and the tranny would not shift and when i looked under the hood i noticed the line was crunched that runs in to the passinger side of the tranny..

that line is what tells the tranny how much load is on the engine,so it knows when to shift.it must be intact for the tranny to shift properly.
i dont need people to get me,i just need people to get out of my way
