Hey I am looking at buying a 1989 fullsize Bronco totally stock eddie bauer edt. I would like to know a few good Ideas on what are good ways of lifting this truck? It is a 5.0l auto and I don't think I will go any higher than a 33 inch tire for it will also be pulling my tent trailer around. I have only run Scouts and a trooper prior to this so I was wondering how you guys liked the bronco and how well it wheeled?
Thanks[31]

my problem with a jeep is that they are too small

If a jeep is to small then a Suzuki must be tiny and you must be huge.So just take the top of the Jeep....:D

for lift id talk to STranger, he is an expert with the suspension on those things. or even the dreaded bodylift, with a 3" body u would have no problems fitting 33's and it would ride like stock.

i ran an f150 with the same suspension in it, but with a 6" lift on it and a 3" body lift, and 35's, but i could have fit 38's under it, then i went 1 ton running gear.

good trucks i feel, wheeled as good as i needed it to

my dad had a 1989 bronco and he had 33 on it with aftermarket wheels and they only rubed on the radius arm a bit. they are good trucks his was a 5.8 and got rid of itwith 379,000km now stranger has the motor.
