It does't look like your lower control arm mounts are mounted low enouph on the housing to prevent axle wrap, I wanted to mount mine like yours for the clearance but decided to take the safe route, If you don't have any problems then I will have to change mine.

91 Tracker, 22RE drivetrain 33" MTR's.

i think you are right, trackota.i noticed that too-i did a setup like that before and every time i touched the throttle the rear would squat 6" and wrap far enough to bind the u-joint.the problem was not so much the height as that the lower mounts were ahead of the axle rather than below it.also, the control arms on a build like this should be made with dom tube rather than sch 40 pipe.the pipe is strong enough until you bump a rock or log with it,then it has a tendency to crack rather than bend, which could lead to an unexpected failure on the road home as the crack probably wont be noticed when it happens.(speaking from experience)

i dont need people to get me,i just need people to get out of my way

Good to know that Trackota.....

The arms ARE made out of DOM..1/4 wall (no screwing aroung there)...The anti-wrap bar in the center is also made out of DOM...the panhard is just regular tube....
We decided not to screw around with the arms and hitting rocks cuz they are so long and run almost halfway along the frame, we'll be bashing the shit out of them for sure.....This truck has been built overkill, just incase.....Damn that DOM is pricy....[8D]

Now the question....Is a sway bar going to be necessary for the rear...?? The Rancho 9000's in the front with the leafs are REALLY stiff.....but the rear....TJ lift coils are stiffer (it seems) than the old stock tj springs....The bushings are really tight on all of the various links??[41].....We'll wait and see.....
