View Full Version : Tire Question

I came across some used 35" tires with pretty good tread but the bead area on two of them has a spot that is pretty chewed up. I doubt they would hold air when aired down, if at all.
However the price is nice.
How do you think they would do with tubes installed.

you could put a tube in a 35 but if you air down you might run into problems due to the extra sidewall friction. if you could take a pic of the damaged tire i could see if it would beed. I installed many tires with screwed up beads with good success. or you can repair them as well.
