well the chevy will hopefully make its first road run since the start of the build today. I need to know is it legal to drive with the rear frame exposed with no fenders over the wheels, just mud flaps on the bumper? also can i drive without tail lights as long as i do the hand signals?

get some trailer lights from princess auto for about 5 bucks each and wire them to plug them into your trailer hookup, that way you dont cut into your original wireing

you have to have a cap over the tire, like a trailer. godzuka has driven around with a pice of wood over the tire and mud flaps on the bumper and he had no problems.[3][3]
