Well, here's the trail that will keep us going till next year !!!![h]

"The Upper Proving Grounds"

A series of 5-6 foot ledges that you must climb on already off-camber angles, follow by a 17 foot tall vertical wall with a few loose climbs and very steep descents. Even the exit (the pic doesn't do it nearly enough justice) is scary !!![aahh]

The worst obstacle would be #2 (also pic #2). You have do ride high up on the left side, damn near roll your truck over to make a hard left (90 degree turn) to climb a 6 foot wall that might flip you over backwards into the wall behind you. All to climb another steep section above you filled with diff rocks.

We can't wait till next year [5][5][5][5][5][5]

if i had a cage an a winch i'd go

look on pbb there are a few guys that have climbed the waterfall in the 3rd pic unassisted (no winch or strap)

i don't think my d44 would last to long on that rock tho

it's light it's fast it's powerful

everything a chevy isn't

What are you doing for safety on a climb like that? DO you have a winch cable or a strap set up to keep you from going over or are you flying solo on those climbs?MAN they look WILD !Lots of good pucker factor there im sure !

Actually, those videos are of the watterfall on Upper Heldarado. It's 3-4 feet shorter (but still nasty). Check out the other Moab pics to see Paul and I on it. The guy who runs the Moab off-road shop said there's only been one guy drive that one unassisted [aahh]

Yeah, safety is the key. Paul and I didn't feel right going in just the 2 of us, so we'll wait till next time and hopefully there will be a few more of us !!!![38]

Crazy, doesnt look realistically doable!

Theres a place on this earth
my people call home
Theres hills and hollers everywhere
and lots of room to roam
