i have a 4 inch lift in my truck, its a 79 bronco and the one thing i hate about is the stupid drop brackets for the radius arms. i heard some where if you run the 7 degree bushings you can take out the drop brackets. does anyone know if you can do this?

boyzen would probl know for sure, but i am about to put a 4 inch on my 79 F150 P/U. he said a 6degree or 7 would work so that is what i will be having him put in for me.

those are stupid drop brackets for the radius arms. Thats why I use the 6 or 7 degree c-bushings you lose a slight bit of articulation but gain in ground clearanceso it is a give and take.

You also have a much stronger unit if you drop the drop brackets. They add a lot of leverage to the frame, easier to screwup and bend on impact. Have you looked ino making longer arms?
