HI,
I am currently in the market for a rear locker for my truck.
I need REAL opinions from people with REAL experience with both:
Lockrite & Detroit EZ locker
-Thanks for the help

I've had a Lockrite 1510 in the rear of my truck for over 4 years with no problems. I've had it out 2 or 3 for other maintenance and all I've seen is normal wear. It's been beaten, daily driven, down to Moab and all over our trails and never once let me down. It clicks allot on corners in town, but hey, you got a stereo right !!!!

On the other hand, my dad has a Detroit in the rear of his Zuk and he's had no problems either. From what I hear the teeth on the Detroit are a little deeper, thus making it stronger, but I have more experience with Lockrite and that's what I'd buy again.

Rich.

I just wanted the opinions from the lighter Suzukis because that is what I drive, and real opinions is aimed towards all of the people that think that they know what they are talking about. I need REAL experience, with Suzukis. That's all...If you have the experience with Suzuki's than bring it to the table :D That would be why I posted this topic in the Suzuki forum:D

I have a detrot eazy locker and I'm happy with it. I looked at a lockright and a detrot together and the detrot looked stronger. When you go to the shop get them to show you the two together and see for yourself

to get a good deal you have to mail order it from the states
no one in Canada is going to give you a good deal
Nolimit probably gets it local after a bunch of people have added their 40% markup
I would suggest Rieder Racing as a good knowledgeable source for lockers
I bought my stuff from them in 92
