You should lower the mount to the frame and track bar. That should fix it.

Shit always happens

is the mount for the track bar droped as well? some kits don't drop it which puts lots of strain on everything.

You should drop or lengthen that bracket so it runs the same angle as your steering drag link that way you won't get any bump steer and it should centre your front axle.

Shit always happens

Ryan they are right on droping the track bar. It should have been part of the kit. Another problem your going to have is bad bump steer if it's not lowered. The track bar and tie rod should be parallel to each other.
(I went through all this with mt bronco)
Later Randy
(ps you have mail)

Haha, how ironic that you are having trac bar probs:assshake:

boyzen

Its not really hard. first take the old one off its held on by 2 bolts ,then but weld some lenght onto each side then drill anothe set of hole in the correct spot usually 3"lower then the old ones bolt it back on .Then very important gusset it to the frame or it will always come lose and its ugly when it lossens off.

like i said before i did not know it was bent but every time i would post somthing about my front end u would say some thing so this is where it has gone. if it was bent why didnt u phone me a tell me it was instead of leaving it and whining about it. i would have gave you your $20 or $25 bucks back
if u would have told me.

re-read this whole thread and tell me what conclusion you would come to. I'm far too stupid to see anything but deception on your behalf.

I really couldnt give a fuck about the money. Did you hear me ask for it back? NO. It was the point. Tends to piss a guy's off the day that there swapping in an axle and realize the track arm is bent because some dishonest prick skrewed him on the part. And as far as whining? Your the one who brought this post back to the top.

Goatz
12-07-2003, 08:14 PM
yeah i know what u mean
but man all he had to do was tell
me it was bent at the time and i would of gladdly given
back his money
example
if u went to a parts store and bought a part took it home
found out it was bent or broken or whatever would u just leave it at that or would u take it back and get your money back? well i know what i would do i would get my money back

well thats all i have to say about this and i am done
and am going to leave it at this.
bronco dan sorry to have pissed u off with that bent track arm and all ths bullshit
