I'm a little perplexed the fitting for the tranni coolant line at the bottom of the rad was fine on the stock rad so I removed it and installed it on the new shiney rad and when tight the tube was loose? I checked the flare and it seems fine. ? So I decided to go pull the one on my spare rad and glad I did the inside diameter of the tube is bigger for better flow and is tighter than the other but still not fixed as I believe it has to be to be sealed . So I think it is iether the threads in the new rad don't go deep enough to press the flare tight or the flare itself is the wrong angle?
What do you all think?

why not run an external tranny cooler?

I have one so i may do that but with rad there's no need and the tranni can help warm things up

Im guessing your running outta threads before the flare can seal tightly

That's what I'm thinking hoser. Probably easier to tap it further than make a new fitting.
