i had a motor bike , several fuel tanks and coolers on my receiver rack and no problem. mine angles up so sits higher than that though so cross ditches arent an issue.

It's ok he has a jug of water beside the propain tanks
So when the propain tank goes boom the water will either put fire out
Or spread it

It all worked out great. It got the heavy bulky stuff out of the jeep. No gas fumes inside. The angles were pretty good on the cross ditches, The plate mount is a good idea, it worked well while I crossed thru a deep river on the last trip.

Its Always fine tuned. Gear For 2 for all conditions , but no sink..
