I'm gonna skim over some of the pictures up till now.........Mostly because I whore myself out enough, and really Im too lazy to post them all.

My boys do a shit ton of the work, and they're building a heep with all my sissy ass 1 ton shit I have leftover, but on this day, my boy tripped over some rusty metal, filleted his leg, 11 stitches, and wanted to go back anyways to mock up the body.

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20150322_191449_zps22cd15b9.jpg

Oh yeah...........Specs............

Its a K5......(obviously, if you havent figured that out, you should go back to jeeps)

5 ton rocks. Steering both ends.
LQ9/th400/np205
Cantilever front with coilovers and bypasses, double triangulated 4 link
Trailing arm rear, double triangulater 4 link.
4 seats. Full body with glass, narrowed 14", doved another 12" per corner.....Lifts off monster truck style, so basically a tube buggy.

Shooting for 20" belly on the 46"(true height) tires that are on it, but its adjustable because of the suspension in a few minites to adjust ride height indefinetly without messing with shocks. Building 3 sets of rims, 17s to get some 40" stickies, 20" double beadlocks for the 46s. and 20" double beadlocks for some 54" Claws.

Sitting on stands in front of my boys Jeep.......Its a pickup bodied YJ, stretched 18" in the back, 60/70 getting links, and a supercharged 3800.
Currently sitting on some well used 44" Hawgs on beadlocks because I had them lying around.

The boys got the frame stripped, and we hauled it over.......

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20150331_085433_zpsvqqr3auz.jpg

Then we realized how fucked up K5 frames are, and scrapped that plan. Went out to my collection of Chevy "stuff" and came back with a 1 ton frame. Much better.

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20150401_182317_zps2bmautpw.jpg

It seems to bea little big though

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20150402_182716_zpsbolifvxw.jpg

That would be my younger boy with the plasma fixing it right up though.

And because we measured a few times, the fenders fit just right too.

So next up I needed a couple of wheels to fit shit up..........
Since I cant just go buy wheels.........I made some.

10 lug semi wheels....Cut the centers out by bolting the wheel to the hub, and while my boy spun it slow, I worked the plasma.....Instant lathe.

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20150403_111014_zpsxhihbewn.jpg
http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20150403_123704_zpspxsgl7ea.jpg

Cut the center out of some 17s.

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20150403_114254_zpsbqlx7snh.jpg

The hub has a flat face, so used it for alignment, spent a bunch of time with a tape measure, tack, then bolt it back to the spindle, and spin it with a dial indicator, tacking and hammering until it was good enough.......

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20150403_160713_zps3mi4gv1s.jpg

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20150404_165729_zpsskdnjt57.jpg

Except 3 feet lower.
With bigger tires.
And bigger diffs.
And so much more suspension.
And a narrowed body.
and 4 seats.

But except all that........It totally does still have the bowtie in the front so I guess its the same?[cheers]

Soooooooo..........

Put some bumpers on it. When the bodies on, I want it to look like my old k5. Kind of.

For referance........My old K5. Had dual transmissions, links up front, when I broke the 14 bolt pinion is when I bought the 5 tons........Been a long time.
Almost made the top ten for top truck 2 years in a row.......Wasnt very many votes shy.
Wasnt ready though, this winter will be a differant story.

Started planning ahead.......Found some take diffs and axleshafts out back

Well, I've been told they are "Armoured personel carriers that had very large guns on top" 6x6 anyways.
They're 2:1 diffs that had 3:1 planetaries, and the shafts are pretty beefy, they're 1480 ish sized industrial u-joints with 1550 sized trunnions. Dont think they'll be a problem, except possibly finding u-joints, but worst case I went through the spicer catalogue and found 1480 and 1550 series flanges and yokes that are readily available........Meanwhile I'll be able to say that I have tank shafts for my driveshafts.......

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20150414_153143_zpsw6z5syq9.jpg

Left to right is my D60 shaft 1480 driveshaft I made, then the tank shafts, then the stock 5 ton driveshaft, and the 5 ton axleshaft.

I didnt want to run 12" arms and rams, so the tie rod needs to go around the third.

Clocked flat, smooth belly. Next up is front motor plates, trans x-member, and I'll put on another rear plate for the 205 like I've built for the last few rigs. All spread to the same distance on the frame, to allow for lots of strength without twisting apart the bellhousing........

And one of the photographers that has played with my choppers has approached me about doing a shoot with the K5 this summer, so although I'm hoping to be done for Island cup in October, I;m pushing to be done before it cools down.......Models tend to wear more clothes when it gets cold.

At least wannabe.......Wanted something with rediculous lines and rolled tube in the front.

Since the motor wont come out the hood anyways, doesnt matter, and Ive always wanted to do something with that rolled to a point hood scoop thing.

It tucks up tight, and follows the line of the windshiled.

And I hurt my elbow, so I called in the big guns to run the tube roller.......Took him 2 hours to do the first side. But It looks awesome. Invisible inside the fender, but will look great even when Im not running the body, and in reality someone could likely drive onto the fender without crushing it.

I dont think I could have gotten it much tighter to the body, except in the very front corner of thegrill, but because of how far away it would need to sit to save the sheet metal there, It wouldnt even protect it so it would be useless tube.

Squared off the rear bars, tacked up the first cross support, and the boy found out he could make a fist again, so he rolled the rear side bars......Roll doesnt start until past the passengers heads, Not planning on doing any structural rolled tubes in the passenger compartment, maybe just a couple subtle gussets.

Waiting for a ride home did a little more work.

Best thing I've done in the last few weeks is teach the boys how to use a grinder. I may never grind again.
Now I just need to figure out how to teach them to use a cutoff wheel.........

Once I get the trans mount in, and get a driveshaft cut, I can figure out how much clearance I have for the seat. Or I guess, how much available up travel I have once I mount the seat......

Just programming tonight.......Profender shipped out my bump cans fast, so I can get at the rear, dont need the bumps to get that built.

Figured out the rear tube work, some more rolled tube in the rear tubes, moved some tubes around to mimc what I've actually built too. Biggest thing was I wanted to plan a little interior. Going to use the factory guage surround, and just a real simple couple of panels. Looks like it should flow nicely at least.

Partially just because........But a lot of it is because the motor is offset 2-1/2 or 3" to the left, and thats valuable foot room when you've got size 14s.....Everything is pushed so far back, that i'm fighting for pedal room with the #4 spark plug and header tube.

Trying to get the dash all buttoned up so I can locate the fuse panel, ECU, and get all the wiring run, before I send the computer out. And once the dash is In I can mount the pedals. Space is kind of a premium, and a little extra angle or a shift to the side will fit it all better........

It still looks like shit, but it will be better once its all trimmed out.

Driveshaft bits laid out to make sense of.

Decided to use the 5 ton shaft in the rear. Just so that I never have to worry about it.
It will mate to the triple drilled Atlas fllange that I'm putting on the rear of the 205.......

The front shaft I'm going to keep the 31 spline for now, and the hybrid military shafts. Running a shaft from case to a double flanged carrier bearing using parts from the 3rd member, and another from the carrier bearing to the diff. Drew up the adpaters just to make sure that everything will clear.

The drive flanges to the wheels where actually a little stub shaft, which solved my carrier bearing design issues.
Pictures show the process, but these are about 1-5/8? OD, and should be more than strong enough. Nice and compact though, just need to figure out the actual sealed bearings I'll use before build the housing, the flanges are 55mm, which I can turn down to 2.125" if its easier to find a bearing, but either way, I can make it work. Tearing into an SKF catalogue tonight over a pepsi on the rocks to see what I can find......

No locker, just a tight posi, the air is for the power through selector, basically a rear axle disconnect. I was trying to figure out something cool to do with them or sell them, I've got 3 3rds, but they're a 2:1 ratio, would have been 3:1 in the planetaries that I dont have.........Very cool pieces, but useless since these where never sold to the public since they are an "armoured" vehicle.

Cut a piece of tin to mount the medal assembly. It sits nice but the pedals are far to close to the seat, so I cut them in half and I'll rebuild them how they fit.Need to finish them and mount the seat so I can mount the steering column too.

So I had an idea........Was thinking about posting up asking, but had some bits to try it and since I wouldnt have listened if someone told me it was retarded, I just went ahead and made it.

Pictures explain just fine, started with two 2"x 10" single ended rams, and ended up witha 2"x9" double ender.
I'm going to weld a flange to the housing that the end clamps bolt to instead of using the long rods, and I'll weld mounting feet to it. Seems to work in theory, and hooking up air it works, so I dont see a reason not to..........
I'll get this one finished and use it for mockup, and then likely pass it to the kids for their heep, and I'm going to build some 3"x9" rams for both ends of the K5.

Some simple mounts. The bolt heads needed to be ground off on one side to clear the tube, and I need to get the proper length hardware, but it works.
Kids tore a seal on one side trying to put the end cap crooked, We've got an extra ram around to rob one off of so no big deal, I'll only use it for mockup on my rig anyways until I build the 3.0s, then it will be used as a Hydro assist ram on theirs.......

Made a plate for the ram, it still needs gusseting and welding out, can finish plating the frame now though, and decided to change the bump stop/cantilever mount on the axle to make the bump pad the primary part. Tried to keep it as low as possible. Should have enough clearance to run whatever kind of joint I want.

Well, this thing has slowed to a crawl, tore a bunch of ligaments in my ankle, and they think that I broke it and they missed it the first time. Either way its 6 weeks down time ish, I can move, but after work its too fucking painful to do evenings.
Stuck doing couch safe work, so I'm self learning Solidworks 2015, and doing a lot of planning/designing.

My wife surprised me last night, she found it at a thrift store......
This will be my rear steer joystick and centering button.
I'm actually super excited, I mentioned it to her off hand, about 2 months ago, and she bought it out of the blue, even considered how durable it would be.

I tore it open, the contact switches are simple, and once I limit it to left/right only, I'll have a pair of spares. Honestly though, this thing has survived for more than 30 years, it should be just fine.

Just wondering if you have used those rams for steering before because my buddy has one for an assist and it's really slow even with a high pressure pump is there something were missing. And I had no idea you could make them in too a double ended ram when I change over to 1 ton diffs in my blazer I might try it.

I got some new mid plate mounts made. Was pretty excited about the fact that I could have a flat floor and still be barely below frame level.
It also moced the motor to the right a little, which solved my spark plug interferance issue with me shocks.

Worried about oil pan clearance though, but doing some digging.
The truck pan thats on the motor is 8" ish deep.
If I go to and f-body pan, I can save 3", which is all I need to be flush to the frame again.

Stole all the dimensions from here........

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20151102_212644_zpsqxh5nwgv.jpg

Looking at the rear seat and the driveshaft space, the driveshaft is about 10* up from flat right now, and needs to be 10* down to be right at ride height, little difficult to get it 20* down with the square tubes, but once its down, and it gets back to bump, (its 1-1/2" or so past right now), I might have to raise the seat an inch, but even at that, I can still sit in the back.

Got almost as much done as I wanted to.

Rear links mocked up. Needs a ton of gusseting, but it came together like I planned.
I put the front end on jackstands to level it out before I wedged the body up to ride height.

Based on the true 46" tall tire in the rear.
19" of belly, 81" to the top of the roof.
Clean 10" of up travel front and rear.
Rear driveshaft is almost flat at ride height with close to 0* caster in the rear, And at bump it dropped the pinion about 2" which gives me some seat clearance.

I had wanted to keep the belly flat to the frame, instead of dropping the belly pan, but it was taking up seat clearance front and rear, so it will be getting a full skid about 3" deep.

I considered that, but the baffling is the same in the f-body as the truck pan, but I can built a trap door setup like what they sell out of steel, and that way I dont have to mess with the cast pan.
I could leave it as it, but that just lowers my skid 3" more than I need, since everything else tucks up higher.

Skid will be one of the last things to finalize, so I've got a little time to make up my mind.

Playing with shock layout....
Started out with a 2d concept to try to figure out the shock lengths that will work the best.

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/rear%20shocks_zpspcdcym3y.jpg

Settled on the 16" bypass, with a 12" coilover.
Once that was done, I laid out an arm and needed to make sure that the spring rate would get more progressive towards bump.
Basically, the travel ratio needed to get smaller, so that the shocks "feel" stiffer the closer it gets to bottomed out.
Final numbers looks like 22.5" of travel on a 16" bypass. Just under a 1.5:1 ratio. And its just over a 1.8:1 ratio on the coilover, which is what the front is.

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/rear%20shock%20travel_zpspp8safay.jpg

The pic is layered for every 2" of bypass travel so that I could make sure it did what I needed to.

I don't always understand or see the point in some of your designs or ideas, but I like where you are going with the cantilever setup. Having the sway bar incorporated into the pivot is a good idea, keeps it up and outta the way. Get 2 birds stoned at once.

So first step was to cut an arm.

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20151111_145321_zpsxplmank1.jpg

Mocked it up with a 14" 2.0 that is the same collapsed as a 12" 2.5

Tire clearance at full bump, full lock is about 3". These measure a true 46" tall, since a 54" TTC Claw is just over 52" actual size, they should just squeak past. There also isnt any steering stops at the moment, I'm pretty sure I over steered the axle.

The alignment bar is 1.5" So the sway bar will miss the upper links at bump by about 1/4"
Driveshaft clears by 1/2"

So I talked to Profender to plan my shocks.
10" are special order, but 12s are in stock, so since I was tearing the front apart to put a hub in anyways, it was a good time to plan to make them fit.

First step was to see where hubs would fit.
Spindle got turned down on the lathe, and welded to a piece of 1/2" plate. It will make more sense once it starts going together.
I've been doing a ton of research on sway bars, and since I'm in there anyways, if I can get one to fit, it might take some of the load off of the back too. So I slipped a jack handle into the spindles to make sure I had room.

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20151113_190203_zpspi1khcjl.jpg

So once it cleared everything at bump, I took some measurements......12s wont cycle fully, so I'll limit them to 11".
I'll try to explain the pic.

The blocky part is the frame rail.
Hub is pretty obvious.

The red line represents the limits before I hit tube on the hood, So the green line is the center line for the mounting bolt.
The light blue arc is the compressed distance dark blue is extended,

The yellow arc represents where the attaching point for the axle will cycle.
Each dot along the line corresponds to a dot on the yellow line, 1" of Shock travel per dot. The closer together they get towards bump is what we want, same as the rear was. It gets progressivley stiffer towards bump.

The arrow points to where the shocks where located the first time......

The new location will be 10" higher and 2" back. It allows me to mount them off of a tube on the A pillar, barely under the booster and pedal brackets.
With the new setup the shocks will evenly straddle the WMS of the hub, which moves them out about 3". That and the upward move gives me quite a bit more foot room, but more importantly, gives precious inches around the header area so its not so cramped, and takes up some unused space towards the outside of the cage.

Wow flash makes things look worse than they are..........Its ugly, but not that ugly.

Welded some metal to the spindles. Welded the metal to the frame. Added more metal.
And threw on the hubs. Sway bar will clear everything by a fair bit. The only thing that is a bit of a bitch is the upper links, they clear with those tiny links, but they'll hit with a 2". I can either put a little bend in the real links, or I can chop a little off the hub and lose 2 bolt holes......Havent decide which way I'll go just yet,

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20151115_201959_zpskullwqo3.jpg

The added foot room from moving everything around is definetly helpful. Going to change the dash layout a little to make some knee room though.
Got enough room to still wear a helmet without cracking it on the roof every bump, Slightly wishing I didnt where a size 14 boot though.

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20151116_224831_zpstp23clti.jpg

Since I was making one set of seat brackets, might as well make mine too.

The seat rails I designed a few years back, ran them on my YJ, and theres a bunch of rigs floating around with them.
I usually just mount them with a pair of shock tabs, double sheer, and run a Spring pin.
Its a bit of a bitch to get them in though from outside the truck, need to wiggle the seat up and down until they're all just right. Figured this time Id make it easier.
Now they sit on the middle tab so the pins basically line up as soon as I drop them in.

And filled in the subframe a little. Since the radius is the same in all of them, the trans tunnel should be easy to cover up to the dog house, flat floor, so the only complcated bits will be the dog house and foot wells.

When my boys where helping on the weekend I was getting frustrated with the k5 bedsides. Lots of body, and they where rotten bad, so the cut was bigger than it needed to be.
I get pissed at the one side and way over cut it trying to get it fitted back up and that was the end of that. Headed out to the boneyard in the back and dug out the bed from my old 2wd my kids started wrenching on.

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20151130_155157_zpsg4miktay.jpg

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20151130_171510_zpsnslu0lbn.jpg

Mocked it up with zip ties and vice grips, got the wheel opening cut and made some hooks that weld to the bed rails and just hang over the tube so I can bolt it up.

Got the other side done the same, and threw some tin across to mock up the rad and fan.
Figure I'll just use a stock square body rad, maybe upgrade to aluminum at some point, but I have a few of these. The fans are a dual setup from an escalade, should pull enough air.

I'll put a sheild in the front to protect the rear passengers, and thinking a louvered panel over the fans to protect them.

I got the rear roughly rendered. The fuel cell is the same size as an RCI 2161A which is the typical Jeep cell, I'm thinking I'll build my own so that it can use the in tank chevy pump and regulator, and I've got most of a sheet of 1/4 aluminum that was a freebie.....but at least it gives me a starting point
The box around the rad will be solid at the front, at the air inlets just behind the c-pillar. Figure it should have more than enough air flow with the fans running. And might even keep most of the shit out of it.
If I can figure out my own louver press, I want to make a louvered panel that follows the rolled tube to cover it up and protect it from debris.
In front of the cell and under the rad is a 12v hydraulic power pack.....Theres space over the diff in the drawing, but thats more like ride height , at bump everything will almost touch........

Trying to figure out if I have room for an intercooler, maybe a air to water heat exchanger. I'll build the charge tube last so I've got some time to figure it out.
Need to grab some bolts for the flanges, and get the accessories on the engine so I can make sure I leave room. Gonna get tighter in a hurry.

You can flip the intake around to but that probably wouldn't help you with motor being that far back

spidr

Need the intake forward to mae the charge tube easier.

And honestly, the wastegate will be the most expensive part on the motor. Worked a deal on the turbo, tune is already set up when I get there, And I think I still have a blow off valve sitting around somewhere.

with spacing being at such a premium, mounting the turbo after down the exhaust might be a option. mind you then you have that much more charge air pipe to run.

Guys do a air to water intercooler under the dash usually where the heater box was in your case where the pedals where lol
I wouldn't do it without some sort of intercooler my self
I couldn't put my hand on the inlet tube on my turboed ranger after a pass

This snail might be a little laggy already. And running it as a rear mount doubles my plumbing and I'd need an oil pump to scavenge.
That and I seriously believe it won't fit.

I'm looking into intercooler right now, I really want one, depends what I come up with

Got some merge collectors made. Going to weld the inside and die grind them completely to make sure theres no crap.

Then I mocked them up in the chassis.
With the old cantilever with the shocks low the accessorie drive wouldnt fit. I had a feeling it would now, but really needed it sitting there to get the headers together. The left side is almost touching the stock PS cap, but when I swap pumps that wont be an issue any more.

Wouldnt would know it? In true Island spec style the old YJ roll bar out back is 2.25" .120 wall, with decent bends in it, so its been reporposed as my hot side feed......

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20151210_222112_zpstvtohmhx.jpg

I need to get some flanges in there, and put the bushings back in the cradle, but then the collectors will be hung and I can start filling the gap in from the head.

Me and Captain Morgan partied and got the y-pipe welded up, and tacked the collectors straight to it. I want to run v-bands but will likely order some up instead of buying local, The only ones I can find here are vibrant and $140 each.....And I dont want to run bolt style flanges. Either way I'm not welding them on until the motor mounts are all finished so that I have little run to adjust stuff if I need to.
Took a bit to get the broken bolts out of the head, Corrosion has done a number on the outside of this motor, but I got the flanges all bolted up too so that I can start making tubes tomorrow. Still needs O2 bungs, and a wideband bung, and cleanup.

First thing that needed to be done was to get everything setting at ride height.
Jackstands under the axle high enough to get the tires on, once they're on and at trail pressure it will drop 3-4"
10" of up travel all round. 7 feet even to the top of the roof.

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/2015-12-27%2001.48.21_zpsr2h0usmo.jpg

The front ram mount and lower links has bother me for a while.....Changing it. I needed to stretch the lower links 1-1/2" to get the caster right at ride height, and then they would have cleared at droop anyways, so it needed a redesign.
Modeled with a PSC 3.0 X 11 ram, I think I only need a 10, but at least I know it will fit.

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/ram%20mount%201_zpscfuxbblt.jpg
http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/ram%20mount%202_zpsavqp3pyc.jpg

Turned down the hubs to keep busy, They needed a slightly smaller OD to fit inside the tube thats going over them, and the bottom 2 holes needed to go away for link clearance at bump.

http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww241/Karnage-fab/Kay%20Five%20Ton/20151226_183249_zpsgpy0ro3t.jpg

Got the Front cantilever arms laid out, the inner half of the rear cantilever arms, and the ram all nested so I can cut in the morning and make some serious headway,

Soapy water, put it in 90* with the tire supported either side, jump on the insert, when it pops through twist it and done.

Spent New years eve and this morning with the kids. Had to do some actual work for other people for a bit, but my one boy is a fucking trooper.

The front tires went together easy........Unless you count having to pull all the inserts and cut them down.
I figured 1/4" of squish shared between 2 beads would be fine. I ended up having to cut the inserts down to basically no squish, and it was still too much tension or my 1/2" impact.
Ended up having to tighten them down by hand with a 3 foot bar on my 3/4 ratchet. My back gave in after flipping these thigns a dozen times to deal with inserts, so I recruited help.
We finally called it a night after midnight once the rears where done, and I just need to air up the last one.

Need to lay it all out so its cuttable, and get all my bends and angles figured, but as soon as I get a couple dimensions on the bearings I can start making a jig and get these cut..

I guess its better to do it now than to do it later, and it solves a few issues I have.

Spent a few hours looking up seals, and a support bearing. Now its 4am and I think its sorted.
Found a seal that should work at the backside of the spindle, axle seals that have the same OD but differant shaft diameters for the 2 differant series shafts I have, and a roller bearing to use as a support. Plan is to run double seals, theres room, so why not.

I'll spin a bearing retainer out of aluminum that will bolt to the face of the inner C, that way I can pull it out to do the seals and bearings.

Once that was done the inner C needed a minor re-work to accomodate

Got some seals in, and picked up the support bearings.
Bearings fit awesome, seals are great, just not sure about the seal height on the spindle. Was hoping it would be bigger, going to do some more digging tonight.

Got the first knuckle tacked up.
Fitup isnt as good as the production ones will be, the Plasma is all right, but gonna get these water jet.

Didnt have the jig ready so did it the old fashioned way, its good enough to see the tiny details I need to change, and send the file out.

70lbs per side.......My math was bang on, and if my math is right, it should be 10lbs or so lighter than stock.
