So here it is, my first attempt at a gopro video. It looks way better before the compression of youtube.

This is just me messing around on some trails I can ride from my house in the Stave falls area.

All was good until I lost my Gopro in the mud. Watch it to the end for that shot

What I would like is some feedback. I know I’m not doing the harder trails in this vid but I was by myself and my focus was learning how to use the camera and the editing program. I already have some idea’s how to improve things and to make it more watchable.

What are your thoughts.

Oh and see if you can pick out where I broke the Gopro mount and it was doomed to fly off into the mud.

I have to say I’m pretty impressed with the how tough the waterproof case is. I ran over it with the quad and stomped on it with my feet over and over trying to find it.

and thanks for any feedback

Great vid kev cool angles on and off the bike sucks you lost the go pro at the end but at least you found it , there's a vid online of some kyackers with a go pro they lost it and it spent the next few months rolling down the bottom of a river someone ended up finding it and low and behold it still
Worked just shows how tough they are

It has a selectable locker front and back. I try not to use it unless it's needed....takes the challenge out of it.

Looks like a great time minus the losing the camera , now mount it on the jeep and do the same trail , give a perspective of how those trails differ when in a truck

Great movie Kevin.

I like the different views of the trail.

Where did you buy the Gopro? I am thinking of buying one for Spring time trail riding.

Awesome video, I was not expecting all the 3rd person shots and drive bys. I had assumed it was going to be what you see only. I bet your glad you found it, not only could it have been an expensive loss but all the time and effort you put into the video would have been a waste.

Great job! I've wanted to do a video mounted like that too! I use a tether on my gopro though, always worried about it coming off the helmet when out sledding.
