the one way valve on vacume line to booster sticky
or failing makes pedal hard to push
does it feel like pushing the pedal with the engine of
or pedal is hard right at top of throw
second one could be caused by many things
such as exhaust to close to a brake line boiling the brake fluid
sticky caliper a flex line with a split inner liner causing a one way valve effect
sticky park brake cables or mechanism

how about the push rod on the brake pedal to master adjustment
or the push rod inbetween the booster and master cyl are they adjusted properly
