Hi all, I'm kinda new to the forum and love the site.
I have recently acquired a 95 4runner with some hi mileage on it, it has 31" Bf m/s with no lift,(as far as I know) and was wondering where would be a good place to start, to find out what it's 4x4 capabilities are?
I don't want to kill it on the first outing, but would like to find out what I have. any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

Thanks for the input fella's, My biggest problem is I don't want to go alone, I live in Richmond and tried out Triangle area, not much to do there, wouldn't mind a good road trip, anyone want to join me tomorrow or Thursday? Name a place and I'll show up.

Do you have a fullsize spare, spare tools, and a capable jack plus tow straps? if so check your pm's lol I have to hit Princess auto and grab a jack and comealong. Got an air compressor, patch kit, tow straps, shovel, spotlight, chainsaw, axe, and other various tools.( I thinks there's a post for "what beginners should bring" I gota go check that out.)
Thanks ChugLife, I'll shout ya when I'm a bit more prepared. I'm thinking if that if I am going to go all that way I might want to make it an overnighter.
