As I've met a few of you out on the trails over the last few years, quite a few over the last few weeks and at the 4x4 show in Mission on the weekend I thought I'd say hi.

My name is Kris/Kristina, I've got a 95 TJ with a 2 inch lift, winch, sliders etc and slowly learning to wrench on it myself. Have mastered basic stuff eg swapping out ujoints, dif fluid when it gets water damage, reattaching flares when they git ripped out from a solo trip spotting myself around something that.. etc.. etc think next up I've got brakes, a possible tie rod to replace and some bushings to master

Hoping over next next year to finally get my 5.5 inch long arm kit in, but then again an Exo, OBA, better gas tank and of course the never ending list we all want and that all competes with gas money for wheeling

As a side note so no one thinks I'm hiding anything I sit on the BOD for the 4WDABC , but I do not do politics. I do it to write for the magazine, make the Stave Lake Clean Up work, the show & shines, Heading up the Maintenance Runs and Help out with the Projects like the Hale Creek Shelter & Nahatlatch Forest Fire Lookout, big brothers and sisters runs etc.. Again I repeat, I do not do politics!

You'll see me out on the trails anywhere between Van, both sides of Harrision, up to Lillooet and shulaps and everywhere in between, Cabin Lake hiking into the crashed plane, Maka Murray etc. Fav place to head on friday night is a quick run up to Sloquette to soak in the pools until 3 AM, then head off to wherever I feel like going with my camera the next morning.

I've been blessed with many awesome guy friends who taught me the basics of wheeling, getting it back up and running on the road and that yes I can solo camp/wheel and no the grizzly bears won't eat me when in the tent by myself - just keep the SPOT and VHF on standby in case ..

Wanted to say it was great to meet those of you that I have the last little bit, very envious of some of those builds.. think I have shock envy on a couple of them..

See you all on the trails..

Thanks for the warm welcome, as for being a girl -I've finally admitted I am one, but using that simply to try to encourage other girls to come out on the Newbie Kenyon Run to teach them the basics of 4 hi/low and airing down.. find I prefer playing in a guys world with football, classic cars, games of pool etc..

As for headaches - well best cures around are 4x4ing, a cold beer, poker or camping - don't think the wheeling world can cause them -ever.. unless you bang your head while under the vehicle..

Sure a few pics - a couple of v-rock and winching one of the guys out of the spot his son got him stuck in out at Stave..

I've been there, done that and quite happy in my solo world.. lol much simpler with no strings attached - I can wheel and explore as I want, explore abandoned ruins at the drop of the hat without someone needing to "plan everything", set up camp at anytime I desire eg 11 pm if that's when I feel I'm done for the day and happily can live without someone complaining I'm not giving them enough attention and never have to hear the words "you don't need me enough"..

All the gear lives in the back of the jeep and only thing needed to I need to do when I want to take off is 5 minutes at the store to grab a bag of ice, bacon, ingredients for killer hashbrowns and some ribs for dinner..

But thank you for the offer.. lol

The problem with marriage is me - 3.5 husbands later decided that perhaps committment really isn't my thing, gets in the way a lot when it comes to wheeling/camping.. I'm way too much a free spirit, wish them all well in their life.. - besides would rather spend the money on the jeep then the divorce papers..anyway enough about that..

I like nutt houses.. I fit well in them when they involve mud.. have always been a bit Krazy.. and I know a few of the members and love some of the rides I've seen..

As an FYI - August 4th I'm heading a 4WDABC Maintenance Run to Kenyon - perfect for Newbies/girls - meeting at 9:30 at the Davis Lake Staging area, depart at 10 if you want to spread the word to anyone looking for a "gentle" stock run - Up to Kenyon, clean up, paint a picnic table this round, a bit of trail exploring with possible pinstriping and then run up the creek to the water fall (and hopefully no manage to land myself in the middle of mancamp this round..lol)

Very envious, have fun - one day I'll get to do that to the Kootenays - where are you headed?

So I had a last minute coin flip and change of plan to head up to the big bar ferry and over to Mud Lakes Area tonight for the weekend - so my first trip up there.. anything I should expect or be prepared for that isn't typical?

This thread sucks.

Sorry I'm not quite entertaining enough for you, I've got no recent pics of my own nipples for you to view - but happy to share what the ones I usually play with look like - Never really thought my own were worth taking photographs of - although I do quite often get under the jeep and put in the some good lube with them.. so they don't break while out on the trail.. and always fun to get out the big tools and tweak them

Thanks, I will - and for those that haven't done Poison Mountain or China Head - I highly recommend it, breathtaking scenery, no there aren't any major obstacles, a nice little hill climb after Mud Lakes - but well worth the trip.. think the beauty outdoes Whipsaw for me..
