View Full Version : Where to camp along the sea to sky?

Got a couple weeks holidays coming up. Plan is to head up the 99 to Cache creek and then meet the inlaws in Williams Lake before heading to Horsefly.
I have 8 days to get to Williams Lake. Anyone have suggestions as to where I should be setting up camp along the way?
I'm with the wife, our 5/7 year olds and a basset hound, with the bronco and a big tent trailer.

tent trailer is 16 ft bumper to hitch and 7 ft wide.
Spent last night googling. Seems like that area is all about the hikers. Lots of cool shit, if you want to hike 6 km.

99 to cache creek? Or the canyon to cache creek?

99 goes through, turns into the duffy lake Rd.That whole trip and back down for a stop at herbies for a burger makes me miss my motorcycle. Such a nice ride, lots of fun curves and good scenery.
If that's the route you're taking, stop in at St.Agnes hotsprings. There is camping there as well.

yes, 99 to cache creek. Thanks for the suggestions. May try blowdown pass and/or ochi basin dependent on snow

Ah ok, ya I was gonna say if your going up that way head over to skookemchuk hotsprings, but bring cash cause they charge per night there, but the tubs are really nice now, I think it's about 54k up, but don't quote me on that lol,
