Did some explorin in Yale on Sunday with Mus-tard and one of his buddies

Checked out the swap meet tents

Did some pannin

Then checked out the current (3rd) and old (2nd) Alexandra Bridges

Then the old hells gate tunnel

Was a good day [cheers]

Used to do lots of exploring.....so it was nice to get back into it :) [36]

Just imagine the time required to travel to Prince George on a road like this...
There were many sections of the old highway through the canyon that was built on wood.
This was facing north on the west side of the river looking toward the old bridge.

edit:
I remember wanting to walk the wood section and my Dad refusing to let us go due to the rotten condition at that time. Those dips were not built in, that fell down...

We walked back from the old alexandra bridge to the new one and found a lot of neat things. Lots of railroad garbage too, kinda sad!
