Wondering the maximum i should crank my tortion bars to lift my runner think i could get 3 inches of lift out of them? Without the camber going south?

No maybe 1.5 to 2 inch and it will ride like a shopping cart
Plus you will have little to no droop out of it
I had 33 10.5 on my 86 with no lift and slight trimming
And it wheeled fairly well
But on road drivability suffered with stock gears

how big of tires you want to run?

You can crank em up a couple inches and thats about it like above

Depends on what yours had stock tire size if it had 31 it should be 4.88
Most were 4.10 but there is variations auto standard 4 cyl v6
And a transfer case won't effect road manners hi range is 1.1
I swapped to 5.29 was a bit to much gear for the 33s
But was still way better than the 4.10 but by then truck was straight axle
Dual cased and needed a bigger tire

If you want to do a sas just buy the trail gear ifs elimination kit
Yes it seems exspensive but I was over the cost of it by the time I finished mine
And had used springs and had not replaced everything the kit comes with
