Soo over the last little while ive taken an old project off the back burner. This is what ive done soo far. I stretched the front of the frame 10", fabbed new hangers and shackles and mounted yj rear lears up front, The axle has been moved far enough forward to clear a 38. I built a 83 toy front with the big brake conversion and chromo axles and birfs, For steering i have a ott crossover setup with arp knuckle studs.[36] I also put longer perches on to prevent axle wrap. I also trussed and provided some added protection to the diff face. for the breather i used a bellow setup. For the back im currently building a narrow toy rear and running discs outback aswell.

Soon it will be time to instsll the 22re and toy 5 speed.

Just torched off the rear susp. time to fab some hangers and hang some yj 5pack rears and install my toy rear with disc's. I used chev 1500 4x4 non hd rotors and had the centers machined to fit the toy axle flangle. Im using 2wd s10 calipers, i smoothed the casting marks off and painted them fast.[36]

Rear yj leafs are hung, welded toy rear installed. I got the wheel base upto 88.5 žnchs. Time to focus on getting the engine and trans mounted. im gonna fab motor mounts using the jeep yj frame susp hanger bushings. Mostly because i already have left over tube and bushings. I havnt decided what root to go for my trans crossmember. I have a DIY cnc plate that bolts up to the back of the t-case. Just not sure about bushings use

looks good the diy t case mount is that the one that goes on the back of the toyota case?
looked at one of those during my build but didnt like the length between motor mounts and t case
and you dont gain any clearance once you skid plate it maybe 1\2 in without a skid plate
and i know how many hits my skid plate has taken already
