For what its worth,
go to JC whitney or Wild horses 4x4.
Order some 7deg radius arm bushings ( bolt them to the axle, set your castor angle, then build your mounts to suit.

if you use any type of stock bushing on the axle, your radius arms are going to be in the dirt.

I can't remember, but one of the above mentioned supplieers only has a 6 deg bushing, and the other can go to 7.

Cheers

The track bar is wrong that is going to bump steer bad
And probably have death wobble
You want track bar to parallel the drag link or as close as possible
Lowering the track bar mount on the frame to drag link level would help
And the closer they are to level at ride hight the better
Don't take my word for it though look at any stock coil link 4x4
And the shackle angle isn't a hate thing
You put full size springs in a compact truck
By adding more shackle angle leverage makes the springs softer
Improving ride and flex look at some of the built trucks
Some have almost 45degre shackle angle
That angle you have is perfect for a stock truck on stock springs

Actually on the ranger I used a 2wd pitman arm because it had less drop than the 4wd one being a Saginaw box in that opens up a lot of pitman arm options
Jeeps chevy cars etc

Just lift your track bar at the axle so the angle matches the drag link.

Other than that, looks good.

We raised the axle mount, it's within 5* right now, going to get a different pitman arm to get it closer

wire marker lights
bumpers back on
seal and top up fluids in the diffs

Casselman
05-12-2013, 09:35 AM
Drives straight, not as low geared as I thought it would be, the 410's with the 33's were lower, had it at the top of 3rd gear no wobble or bump steer

Any reason you went with such long shocks? How high is your truck to the bottom of the frame? Just comparing it to my truck..

Casselman
07-14-2013, 03:51 PM
23" from the bottom of the frame, I use the full stroke on the front, need to go to a smaller body shock for the rear
