Thats a good deal for an all new alternator that puts out that kinda power. You had best upgrade your charge output wire and engine and battery grounds couse none of them will handle the full output of that unit and act as a hindance

120 amps at idle and 5 hp to run it at idle. Isnt that 10 percent of your Yota h.p.? Maybe you can carry some extra batteries and make a hybrid to compensate for power to the wheels.

Dual Batteries, 500w of off-road lights, 1500w inverter, 8500lb winch, plus towing a travel trailer, etc.
