Hey guys I want to change my hubs from 5 bolt to 6 bolt on my boat trailer.
Any ideas who does this?

Thanks!

get a new axle?
they aren't that expensive.

Converting could be done, but quite a PITA. as spindles and bearings may not interchanged. Check at a "trailer" dealer

Yeah a new axle could be done but I'd have to shorten it.
I'm going to ask the boat people but anything to do with boats the price is doubled.

Ya I would check out pa. They come in different widths so just buy the one you need instead of shortening.

Yup I see online their cheaper then buying used, new is always better, at least all is new and no worries.

go to a trailer shop, they will make one to the length you need and sometimes cheaper then princess auto. or get you the right bearing/hubs for your current axle. don't go to a boat shop!

edit: on the who does this, the only company I have delt with is hitchman trailers
