So the boy wanted a dirtbike for christmas, I couldnt find a descent used one for a good price, and couldnt afford a new one that close to christmas, My brother in law found this one running for $100 bucks, runs but throttle cable broken. Its a little rough around the edges, needs a few things. So heres my teardown: (crappy cellphone pics)

nice man, I had one was I was 5, started 15 years Sunday dirtbiking trips with my dad. He,s 65 and I'm 30 now and we still talk about it all the time and are buddies today because of riding.

your kid will be pumped, wait three years till he,s helping you on the winter build of his 80cc :D

a new honda 50 is 1699, so yes kinda spendy for a learner bike that will get beat up. including the bike price and all parts I'm under $400 and it will look brand new!
Can't wait till he graduates to a 80 2 smoker. he has the feel for bikes, I had him on my detuned and governed pocket bike as soon as he lost his training wheels
