No Lexan is not legal on the street as a windshield or door glass
and you wouldn't be able to see through it after you ran your wipers
Have Lexan 1/4 windows in my wagon been very carefull
Washing them and there scratched

thought you could get a coating on them that helped with the scratching/fogging?

used to work at a golf cart dealer. I've got a few tricks up my sleeve. Gotta buff out all those pin striping marks off the windshield somehow. :D

if you get the margard lexan it has a antiscratch and uv protection built into it. Helps a fair bit but costs about 2 times more then normal lexan

we put margard in racecars works great , that way when the rear window blows out at 200 mph it doesnt cause a track delay

We use 210 on the windows of all our helicopters. There's also a polishing paste for the deeper marks.
There was a time when pledge worked as well but they seemed to have changed up the formula. Doesn't keep the rain off like it used to.

Has anyone ever bought a new front window for a cruiser? I figured that being flat they would not cost that much, But i'm hearing that i will most likely be shocked.

most any windshield shop should be able to cut one for you for not much more than 100 bucks.
