Man oh man, it was tough pulling harmonic balancer off now its hard to go on. Maybe use some emery on it and some grease to slide it on? Afraid bolts going to break!! Any idea how easy it should go on!?

Put it in the oven, makes it expand then goes on easier

DO NOT SEND OR GREASE IT!!!!!! Use a dead blow or rubber mallet, and don't try to force it on with the nut either

I'm sorry, I just looked at your profile, and that website you have there.

Are you asking these questions while working on other peoples rides, and charging them money? You have a huge vast array of questions on many different makes and models. You clearly have no idea what you're doing, and you're learning on these vehicles that drive families and that people are trusting you for your expert opinion. You don't even know what valve is an intake or an exhaust!!! Maybe it's time, you spend some money, buy some manuals, learn about how an engine runs, and how the equipment around it works.

Looks like balancer is on all the way. I just work on my junk and yah got lots. I help my friends, especially the ones that have no money and never have done a job where I was uncertain. If unsure I have refer a lot of stuff to licensced mechanics. Pretty obvious which valve was I or E yet just wanted another persons opinion. I moved 70 km out of town so no more friends coming over for help. Finally lots of time to work on my own junk. Nice I got internet though.

There is no nut:dontknow: U can use the bolt with a big washer on it to help snug it up but shouldn't have to apply much pressure to get it on.

Harmonic balancer installer. Got one many years ago when I started working on engines. Makes the job a whole lot easier and pounding on it hard can take out the thrust main bearing on the crank. A little tap or 2 to get it started is alright but don't want to be smashing that balancer on all the way! :D

I was able to turn bolt to get it on all the way. Thanks!
