So I have almost got all the little things done on the 4runner now that I finally went solid axle and leafs all around. As always its the little things that take the longest and I just want it done now.
For all of you who have done a 2nd gen 4runner SAS and rear Leaf conversion can you lend some advice to help me out. I want to see some ideas of what you did in the rear for bumpstops and if you eliminated the backing plates up fromt what did you do with the brake lines to have a hard mount on the calipers and on the frame end. Any photo's or advice would be great

talk to mat at bcc they have a braided brake line that threads into the
caliper eliminateing the short steel line
on the frame side i reused the ifs hose mounts
think i welded them to the side of the frame
you could also use the ones of the backing plates if you havent thrown them out too lol

Even if I got a connector that was 3/16" euro thread male on each side I could thread that into the caliper and then into the braided line I have.:dontknow: A 90 degree elbow would be best.
