Ok so I know they make multi hole flanges for the diff side and I see that trail gear has a multi for 4 cyl gear driven cases but does anyone make a multi hole flange for a V6 chain drive tcase?

I see that Yukon has a flange for 23 spline diffs, will this work for the front output shaft of a V6 Tcase?

try one of your spare diff ones
the flanges are the same on diff and gear driven case
not 100 % shure but think i used a chaindrive rear flange on my geardrive front output wouldnt doubt there the same though
the tin sheild on flanges is diferent on diff and t case
easily changed or just removed[cheers]

Thanks Bruce[cheers] I just want to make sure I have the right one before I drain the case and find its wrong.

just drill your own flange

I'm too lazy (tired) to drill it out. I also want to be able to put anything on it for drive shaft if I need to in an emergency

front driveshafts are over rated

Ok so I got off my ass and drilled it out and mounted the drive shaft. Now the problem is the death shake when it goes over 5kmh:mad: :dontknow: u joints or bad angles?

Yes the flanges are flush and seated correctly (as far as I can tell). The yokes are phased and I can't see any binding. I and going to squeeze a bunch more new grease into them and see if that helps.:dontknow:

Pretty steep Dave. My angle finder is at work so I wont get a true number until tommorow.

Made sure the flanges were mated and sitting flush clamped them together and started drilling. Didn't know there was a special spot as long as the center ring seated flush.

Hmmm maybe I will still be looking for a pre drilled one after all:D

You should be all good if the center ring was seated, must be a angle/ujoint problem:(

I'll try that bruce. It spins freely by hand in neutral, and the diff had no vibes when I locked the hubs and drove before I put the driveshaft in. With the driveshaft in the hubs locked and the tcase in 2wd i get a slight vibe, with the hubs unlocked the tcase in 4wd there is a slight vibe but put the the tcase in 4wd with the hubs locked and its a very violent shudder at even 5kmh
